Albert Einstein's Article Published in the New York Times

This is a duplicate of an article written by Albert Einstein for the New York Times. The time period is close to his release date for the theory of relativity. You will quickly see, after reading the article, that Albert Einstein had far greater implications in mind and a much broader scope for his theory than what many commonly believe. Mr. Einstein discusses in great detail how his theory "Unifies" the forces of gravity and electromagnetism and how he has discovered the "Unifying" fundamental nature of our universe.
These unifying relationships were eventually published as only an appendix to the theory of relativity which over time itself has been omitted from most copies of relativity. Mathematician's pursuing the unified field theory today considers Albert Einstein's unified field theory as incomplete and unfinished. If this were entirely true, we would not have nuclear power today.
Much of what is presented on this website is not my personal idea, these were Albert Einstein's ideas. It is just a manner of bringing to light the real world repercussions of his complicated and involved mathematics.

Einstein Discusses his new Theory of the Universe

A great deal about relativity theory is not completely understood as few can claim a complete understanding of relativity as it exists presently. Many mathematicians admire the scope and complexity of the relativistic mathematics, but how many can really see how the theory of relativity defines our everyday experience. Some obvious real world implications of relativity led to the utilization of nuclear energy.
For example:
Consider the application of the famous formula (E=mc^2) to the construction of the atomic bomb, of which most people are very familiar. The basic lay explanation is that in the bomb some of the matter is converted to energy according to the formula. So for one unit of mass we have 90,000,000,000,000,000 units of energy. This is the appeal of nuclear power.

The secret not widely know about relativity.

The only real secret hidden within relativity theory is this. We know we can get energy by "splitting atoms" but we do not know how to "create atoms" which is equaly plausible within relativity.

The one key question which needs to be asked is, " If gravity and electromagnetism are not related, why is mass represented as a fraction of the square of the propagation velocity of electromagnetic radiation?"

Mass is the square of the electromagnetic radiation propagation velocity divided by a third quantity which scientist's have defined as a type of kinetic energy. The square of the velocity of propagation is a curved path which will occupy a volume determined by the quantity of the systems energy. This is how we visualize the atoms, as charge or charges circling in some way around a nucleus. This moving charge has electromagnetic energy. Quantum mechanics had trouble explaining why the electromagnetic energy, did not immediatly cause the collapse of the atom. The degree of charge varies in relation to the kinetic energy of the mass. Mass cannot be separated from the charge which defines its structure and so it is not separate from electromagnetic energy.

"Now, but only now, we know that the force which moves electrons in their ellipses about the nuclei of atoms is the same force which moves our Earth in its annual course about the sun and is the same force which brings to us the rays of light and heat which make life possible on this planet"-Albert Einstein

The force Albert Einstein is talking about in this quote, is NOT gravity!

Space warps?

Relativity has been defined as the relative attraction of one distortion in space/time to another pocket or similar distortion. Our measure of mass and its associated electromagnetic fields cause what has been called a warp or distortion in space/time. According to Einstein, even the charges and masses themselves might be reduced to simple harmonics of electromagnetodynamic fields. More interestingly by the introduction or manipulation of electromagnetic harmonics it might be possible to alter, change or even create mass

The only concept which is difficult to understand is mass can be redefined as a form of energy existing in space/time with an electromagnetodynamic (emd) field. This emd field was again hoped to be reduced into the "One" field or unified field. It is difficult to visualize how our reality can be always a dynamic electrical field, always a dynamic magnetic field, and always a dynamic potential mechanical energy occupying a volume. Due to the dynamic nature of all three components they change over time, which defines that region of space/time. His mathematics attempts to define exactly the relationships of these three dynamic properties of space/time and how they define reality.

How Albert Einstein Proposed to Unify Gravity and Electromagnetism

In order to unify gravity and electromagnetism the theory suggests the existence of an ordered harmonic mechanical field pattern as well as the quantum electromagnetic pattern. The influence of the mechanical pattern would always shift the quantum electromagnetic pattern in a specific, repeatable classical fashion. This could explain why Einstein always dismissed quantum mechanics, because he knew it was defined by less rigorous mathematics. One unusual discovery Mr. Einstein noted about this Unified Field Theory is that mass or a gravitational field could exist without any associated electromagnetic field, but the reverse was not true.

In a very general sense, from a relativistic view point, from the viewpoint of an outside observer, the definition of matter and energy just depend on the scale and relative speed of the observer to that mass and energy. In laymans terms relativity predicts an ordered nature of the Universe just exactly as we observe it.
